We drive at first to Singaraja. Here you are able to visit the local market where people sell and buy the daily needs including vegetable, fruit, and even traditional clothes. Kintamani is our next destination; we will take our lunch at a restaurant with a fantastic volcanic view to the Mt Batur. We will continue to the well known temple Tampak Siring with his holy pools, next to the temple you also can see the Presidential Palace of First Indonesian President Soekarno. On the way to Ubud we will stop inTegallalang, one of the famous rice fields The next highlight is Ubud, Ubud is well known for handicraft and painting, Ubud is also called The Centre of Art (you can find many Art and souvenir shops at Monkey Forest Street, Money Changer available). Don’t miss to visit the Monkey Forest….enjoy to see the monkeys in a nice atmosphere of the old forest, with temples and a beautiful small river valley.
Before we return to Pondok Sari, you have the chance of a short stop in Bedugul (if time still available)
