In the beginning of this month LINI, a non-profit organization, invited us and other fellow resorts and diving centers for an introduction of their mission. They focus on reef restoration, sustainable ornamental fish aquaculture, community development through conversation and education. We could have a look at successful breeding of baby anemonefish in different stages and the Banggai cardinalfish that is very popular in Aquariums around the world. In the end of our visit we all planted little corals for later restoration projects.

We highly recommend a visit for everyone who is interested to learn more about local coral projects and supporting conservation through education in the process.
