Mantas ohne Ende / Manta madness

Gestern kam auch wieder ein ganzes Boot voller zufrieden lächelnder Taucher zurück. Mantas ohne ende! Thibaut, einer unserer Gäste, erzählte, sie waren zum teil nur einen Meter entfernt, direkt über seinem Kopf. Während ein boot auf dem Ganztagestrip war, ein anderes Boot fuhr zum Muli Kanal, nahe Medhufushi, Tauchplatz Boahura Express. Die Sichtweite hier betrug über 30 Meter und die Taucher sahen eine Menge Riffhaie und einige Adlerrochen.
Alles in allem ein richtig Guter Tag unter Wasser!!!

In the south of Meemu atoll we find a small channel named Valley of the ray, and with good reason.
It is a 2 hour boat ride away from Medhufushi and with a little luck you find yourself surround by manta ray.
Yesterday a full boat with smiling divers returned. Manta madness!!! Thibaut, one of our divers, mentioned they were just one meter away, even above his head.                                                                                                                                    Whilst the daytrip was going on, the single dive trips went to our the nearby Muli Channel, divesite Boahura Express.
Whilst the mantas are lacking there this time of the year, the visibility was 30 meters, plenty of reefsharks, as well a few eagle rays passed by. All in all, a really good day underwater!!!
