March Update
Unfortunately after a small technical error we have lost the latest blogs!!! so here is a re-cap update of what has been going on. Everything in Egypt is running smoothly and as winter slowly moves away and the heat increases Werner Lau Tek gets ready for the coming months. With the introduction of the JJ-CCR and the introduction of IART training courses it promises to be a busy few months ahead. A new Megalodon is in the UK and awaiting our arrival in the UK to pick it up to be brought out here as the new student unit. Also another first for the Red Sea not only has Werner Lau Tek got the Only JJ unit and Instructor in Egypt but it has also just aquired a brand new Prototype SF-2 which was brought over by Stephen Phillips of TDI-SDI UK. Over the last month we have had a busy schedule. Congratulations must go to Stuart Dunn and Fiona Taylor who completed their TDI Air Diluent Inspo and Evolution course. With rebreathers being the flavour of the month it was nice to welcome Rasmus Dysted and Maria Bollerup back to the red sea to try some of the units we have on offer. With a small break from CCR instructor David ‘Dinky’ taught a sidemount and scooter course over a period of days which was a great succes so congratulations to Scott Foster (Emperor Divers) Duncan Spencley (Red Sea Snapper) Mark Chilton (Tekstreme) and to resident Werner Lau Instructor Susie Rumpell. Congratulations must also go to David Armstrong who completed his TDI Mixed Gas CCR Instructor course with IT Stephen Phillips from TDI UK. It was a great week with alot learned!! During the last week Sharm has also been graced with the presence of wearefreewheeling.co.uk which is diving with a twist. After donating a scooter and lamps to this amazing cause Werner Lau Tek have been given a space on the sponsors page as a thank you and the end video will be displayed at the 2012 Olympic Games so watch out for us there. With alot going on and changing we will endevour to keep you updated with pictures aswell as text (new camera arriving soon).
Also keep up to date with the day to day running on Facebook.
