Happy New Year.

Here is wishing all our customers and friend a prosperous New Year. We hope that 2011 will be a far better year than last.

December was a very busy month for us yet again. We started off the month with Andreas Faith and Steffen Seikat both completing their Open Circuit Advanced Trimix Course. The course was done mainly in German, so it was harder for me than the students! However Steffen was working trwice as hard as he was doing a lot of the translating. Danke Steffen.
We had some great dives including a siperb one at Thomas Canyon and an even better one at the Blue Hole in Dahab. Well done guys, you did great.

Aurelien Naudinat completed his Advandec Nitrox and Decompression Procedures course just in time before he took off to work in Mexico. Things were up in the air a bit as we had scenes from Jaws been played out which threw a spanner in the works for some of the dives. However daily trips to Dahab meant that we managed to get everything done.

Next up was Asser Salama who completed his Decompression Procedures Instructor course. Asser assisted in Aureliens course which was made harder for him due to all the changes having to be made, however he passed without any problems.
Asser then stayed on to completed his Open Circuit Advanced Trimix course. Again bad weather, jetty closures and restricted dive sites meant the week was prooving to be a bit of a challenge, however some great dives at Jackfish Alley, Thomas canyon and Anemone City meant that we came up trumps.

Also during the week we had a few mixed gas divers out for their fix of helium. Chris Cyrus from German, Saulius from Lithuania and Stefan Bol from Belgium all spent some considerable time underwater during their stay.

Even with all the shark stories and issues we did not see a SINGLE shark during the whole month!!! Malesh!

We also managed to get our video made of the Little Canyon in Dahab. After 3 attempts, lots of Thai food and threats of death it all came good. To see the video check out our facebook page. We will be uploaing it soon to youtube.
