The Regency Buleleng regularly organizes competitions in various categories, such as cooking, dancing or religious singing, in order to promote its culture. Therefore each district of the regency should send participants, so they can compete against each other. This time the topic was choir singing. Our district Tejakula asked us for support to organize this task together with our major from the village. Thus, for 4 weeks the garden of Alam Anda became the new choir practice area and also contributed to entertain our guests, who were eagerly watching and listening.As 95 % of the vocal group has been recruited in Alam Anda, it happened that some of the guests got a special singing probe outside the practice. For example during their sightseeing tour with our driver Nyoman Klausi, who of course took part in the competition, as he does have excellent stage talent and is originally from Tejakula .

The big evening took place on April 13 on a big stage in Singaraja. Incredibly, after years of constant victory of the Singaraja Team “our” Group broke the cycle and brought home the winning trophy! Truly a great event and we are proud of all participants!!
