Recently we went in the water together to move our reef project, which built its coral layer in shallow water, into deeper waters. First we had to dig it out of the sandy bottom, then lift it and tow it to its new place with our boat David. At the right spot in front of Pondok Sari, 19 meters deep, we brought it down and afterwards put it on stilts to keep it far from the sandy bottom and give it a chance to catch a lot of nutrients from the currents. That it was hard work we can all confirm. But it went well: our tunnel is standing. We are confident that soon more corals will settle. The first fish are already there, many even moved with the project!
