A rare visit

Look, what has been seen in Melasti – one of our Muckdiving spots … A coconut octopus (amphioctopus marginatus). Melasti is known for small peculiarities. For example with a bit of luck you can find the Shaun the Sheep Nudibranch (Costasiella kuroshimae) and the Harlequin Shrimp (Hymenocera picta). However, we did not have that special octopus before. Thanks to Didier Boone for these extraordinary pictures.
