As of the 1.1.2019 IAC revamped their training conditions. We don´t want to hide it. Unclosed you´ll find the completely new way. It starts with the Open Water Diver and reaches all the way up to the instructor trainer. Have a look on it and read through. Of course, we will be available for any open question.
