No matter if you are diving on the house reef or from the boat, you will meet here the white tip reef shark. This shark is not really the fiercest predator from the reef and also not really a hunter. It is more a scavenger that feeds on sick, tired or injured fish. They are not very shy and can come quite close to divers who stay very calm and quiet. Just don’t move and they will come always closer. They are very curious and just want to know what you are. If you want to see their babies just look under the big table corals, this is where they hide until they are big enough to be able to swim in strong currents without having to fear bigger predators.
