House Reef

On the west side of the island, directly in front of the diving centre, there is a jetty which can be reached “on foot”. It provides easy access to the house reef. Of course, we also offer our well known equipment shuttle on Hondaafushi, which makes diving easy and bring you your equipment to the end of the jetty.

The house reef is well known for encounters with manta rays and sharks.

Of course, fantastic night dives are also possible here.

The lagoon, in particular the shallow water area just above the house reef makes for a good dive training and intro dive site. The water depth here is a max of 3m with a sandy bottom.
