Location & Facilities

The new dive centre is located directly on the beach of this 500m wide and 2km long island in the Haa Dhaalu Atoll.

We are delighted to be able to offer another great diving location with our dive centre at Hondaafushi.

As usual, this dive centre was designed by professionals to meet the special needs of scuba-diving.

The generous supply of equipment is of the highest and most modern quality and standards. Amongst others, the following items are available to rent:

40 BCDs
30 regulators with octopus, SPG and inflator
60 sets of masks, fins and snorkels
80 wetsuits (3mm shorties)
50 diving computers
10 underwater torches

As an extra special experience, we offer trips with underwater scooters, diving in a new dimension with 3 underwater scooters.

Air

100 aluminum-tanks with 12 liter capacity are filled up to 215 bar in 2 electro-compressors.

All tanks have DIN and INT fittings.

Your own diving gear

Your personal diving gear can be stowed at the dive centre. There is a wet room for this purpose, which is securely locked up at night.

Workshop

Guests are welcome to use the fully equipped workshop at the centre. If you have any problems with your equipment, the trained staff will be happy to help out.

Safety

We always carry oxygen on each boat and medical supplies are available in case of an emergency. Our crew is specially trained to assist you if you are in need of any medical assistance. If ever necessary, we can reach the decompression chamber on Bandos, which is only 60 minutes away by seaplane.
