We usually see them in shallow waters in a school together. They frequently gather in large aggregations around coral formations, caves, or wrecks during daylight hours

their vibrant blue stripes with the yellow make them really stand out and beautiful delight for our divers.

This species can reach a length of 40 cm, though most do not exceed 25 cm.
