Medhufushi – 24.10.2018

Medhufushi Island is covered with tropical vegetation and among all the plants – coconut palm is most impressive. It can grow up to 30m and to climb it is not easy task at all.  Kalam – we call him Spiderman, is the one, who is climbing the palm trees and removing the coconuts. He is “cleaning” the palms, preventing coconut or palm leaves to fall on our heads, which is very much appreciated. Some of the coconuts end up in the restaurant and some in the bar, where you can get it and enjoy its rich taste.
