In the event of cancellation, our regular cancellation policy will apply. Refunds will be made to the deposited credit card in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Families and children policy

The resort is not suitable for children under the age of 8 years. Children (8 – 11 years) get a 30% discount. For Children from 12 years onwards the normal adult rate will be applied.

Important booking information for Christmas and New Year’s Eve

For Christmas as well as for New Year’s Eve dinner there will be a surcharge of EUR 35,- each.

All above mentioned prices include taxes and service fees.
