Neue Riffprojekte Teil 3 (Korallen) – New reef projects part 3 (corals)

Wir sind weiterhin mit unserem Korallenprojekt beschäftigt. Nachdem die Fishdomes versenkt und platziert wurden, ging es am nächsten Morgen noch einmal ins Wasser. Kasia, Paul, die Jungs von LINI und Made Partiana sammelten in einem Early-Morning Tauchgang zunächst lose Hartkorallen ein. Diese wurden anschließend mit Kabelbindern an den insgesamt 9 Fishdomes festgemacht. So soll eine Basis für den Wachstum von Korallen an den Projekten geschaffen werden. Kasia und Paul nutzten die Gelegenheit gleich für lustige SELFIES!!! Nach dem kurzen Fotoshoot zeigten sie den Jungs noch unser Hausriff und besuchten unseren Weissspitzenriffhai Nigel zum Abschluss!

We are still busy with our new coral project. After we immersed and placed the Fish Domes we went into the water again the next morning. Kasia and Paul joined the LINI guys and Made Partiana for an early morning dive to collect loose hard corals. Afterwards, these corals were fixed at the 9 Fish Domes to create a base for the growth of corals in the projects. Kasia and Paul also used the moment to make some funny selfies!!! After the brief photo shoot they guided the guys around the house reef and showed them our little white tip reef shark Nigel!
