Schwerer Abschied / Not an easy task to say goodbye

Nach fast einen Jahrzehnt auf den Malediven, begonnen hat alles auf Vilamendhoo mit einen unvergesslichen Tauchgang auf Lucky Hell wie Ingili mal erzaehlte, dann Medhufushi und die letzten drei hier auf Bathala. Verlassen uns Ingrid, Lolo und Dylan unsere geliebte Familie. Kein Leichter Abschied wenn aus Kollegen Freunde werden! Es war eine Freude und Ehre mit euch zusammen zu Arbeiten. Die Schoenen Erinnerungen werden immer bleiben. Wir wuenschen euch 4 von ganzen Herzen alles Gute und hoffen euch bald alle wieder zu sehen. See you later.

After almost a decade on the Maldives, starting at Vilamendhoo (with an unforgettable 1st dive at Lucky Hell, Ingili once told me 🙂 ), then Medhufushi and the last 3 years here on Bathala, the time has come to say goodbye to our beloved family Lolo, Ingili and Dylan. Not an easy task to say goodbye to the ones that have been our colleagues, friends and family for over the years. It was an honour and pleasure working at your side, and the memories you gave us will always stay grifted in our minds. We wish the “4” of you all the best for the future and hope to see you again, here on Bathala, as divers/tourists and with the whole family 🙂 So instead of saying goodbye, I am just gonna say “see you later”…
