Das Fili Team stellt sich vor… – Introducing the Fili team…

Heute stellen wir unseren Latino Sergio vor.  Auch Sergio hat sein Leben lang in der Nähe des Ozeans in Portugal gelebt und hat ihn 12 Jahre surfenderweise von oben erlebt. Als er in den Andaman Inseln das erste Mal seinen Kopf unter Wasser gesteckt hat, war es um ihn geschehen und er wurde binnen kürzester Zeit Tauchlehrer. Sein Ausbildung zum Tauchlehrer hat er in Mexico gemacht, wo er auch fast zwei Jahre gearbeitet hat, bevor er zu uns gekommen ist. Dort konnte er wunderschöne Tauchgänge mit Bullenhaien erleben und einmal mit einem Walhai schwimmen. Auch unseren Manta Point bezeichnet er als einen der tollsten Tauchplätze seiner Tauchkarriere. Wir hoffen, dass sich unserem liebenswerten Portugiesen noch viele Mantas offenbaren werden.

Today we would like to introduce our lovely Portuguese Sergio. Sergio has also lived all his life in close proximity to the ocean but preferred to surf its wave long before he put his head under water for the first time. He started to dive in the Andaman Islands and after that became an instructor in no time. He did his instructor training in the Mexico and stayed on working there for almost two years. Earlier this year he decided to come to Filitheyo and work for us and we are super happy to have him. As favorite moments under water he claims his dives with bull sharks and an encounter with a whale shark in Mexico, but also our mantas during the manta season. We hope he will meet many more mantas in his future diving life.
