Walhai in Filitheyo

Ein äußerst seltenes Ereignis für Filitheyo, aber ein superschönes:Wir können in den letzten 2 Wochen gleich 3 Walhaisichtungen vermelden. Julie hatte ganze 20 Minuten lang einen mit ihren 2 Tauchern am Hausriff. Danach rauschte einer am Tauchplatz Dolphins Corner vorbei und zuletzt hatte Eddy aus den Niederlanden das große Glück einen Walhai beim Schnorcheln an unserem Manta Point zu beobachten. Und die Taucher waren unten drunter Mantas schauen. … Was ein Spektakel. An extremely rare but wonderful event for Filitheyo. We had 3 whalesharks sightings in the last 2 weeks. It started with Julie who had a whaleshark joining her and her check divers on the housereef for 20 minutes. Then one flew past a group of our divers on Dolphines Corner and last but not least one showed up at the Manta Point. While our divers were admiring the mantas at 15 meter depth, Eddy from the Netherlands, who went snorkelling, saw one on the surface ...What a show.
