Rettung einer Möve/ rescuing a sea gull

Nach einem tollen Tauchgang am Aussenriff ist eine Möve auf unserem Dhoni gelandet. Um ihre Beine war eine Schnur gewickelt was sie sichtlich beinträchtig hat. Holger hat sich der Möve vorsichtig genähert und als ob sie es ahnen würde, hat sie still gehalten und sich von der Schnur befreien lassen. Holger und die Möve haben direkt Freundschaft geschlossen und sie hat uns bis ins Tauchcenter begleitet bevor sie das Weite gesucht hat.

After a very nice dive at the outer reef a sea gull was landing at our dhony. A string was wrapped around its legs which was disturbing the sea gull a lot. Holger moved towards the animal very slowly and as it would know that he is going to untangle the rope around the legs, the sea gull sit very still. Holger removed the rope and freed the bird. The sea gull was thankful and accompanied us until we reached the diving center.
